Call for papers

General information

ARCtic Conference is an Apple Developers Conference arranged in Oulu, Finland from 2nd to 4th February 2026.

We are looking for well written papers, which will thoroughly deliver your insight on the topic. We wish that your presentation would help at least one person in our audience to find more joy in their daily work.

Please, share your passion - it’s infectious.

Format of presentations

Talks are 25-30 min + QA

Workshops are 2 to 4 hours including at least one 30 min break - breaks are very important. Capacity of workshops is limited to 25 attendees.

What is included if you’re selected as a speaker

  • Accommodation in Sokos Hotel Arina
  • Travel costs in case your employer can’t cover them
  • Full conference ticket
  • We will refund your ticket, if you already purchased one
  • Trip to a nearby ski resort before the conference (including traveling and accommodation in shared two person rooms)

What tech is available for your presentations

  • You can connect your laptop using HDMI to the projector/screen
  • Microphone (at Rio for talks)
  • Clicker (at Rio for talks)
  • Professional AV-guy (at Rio for talks)

Important dates

  • CFP closes on Friday 16th of October
  • Ski trip starts on Friday 29th of January and we'll return back to Oulu on Monday
